We are seeking a skilled and experienced Water Treatment Supervisor to join our team and oversee the operation and maintenance of various water treatment plants, including Ultrafiltration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), De-mineralization (DM), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).

Responsibilities:

1.Plant Operation:

  • Operate and monitor UF, RO, DM, STP, and ETP plants to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Adjust and calibrate machinery to maintain proper water treatment processes.

2.Maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on water treatment equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and implement preventive maintenance activities.

3.Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • High school or diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Water Treatment Operator, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Familiarity with UF, RO, DM, STP, and ETP systems and their maintenance.
  • Knowledge of water quality testing methods and equipment.
