  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial and infrastructure sectors.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and visiting potential clients.
  • Promote and sell of metal building components i.e roofing sheets, cladding, GI purlin and Deck sheet and industrial roofing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners.
  • Conduct site visits and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, SCM, PPC and execution teams for smooth project handover and execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth strategy.
  • Organising , events i.e seminar , Industrial exp.
  • Specification activities in the region.
  • Track sales activities and provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective promotional materials.

    Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure solutions are technically viable and meet customer requirements.
