VS&B Containers group, a multinational organization, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about personal and professional growth.

  • Audit Coordination:

Oversee all statutory and internal audits across group entities.
- Tax Compliance:

Handle overseas entity tax filings, including ECI, corporate tax returns, and related reconciliations. Liaise with local consultants to ensure timely compliance.
- Transfer Pricing:

Ensuring compliance of Transfer Pricing requirements across the group companies.
- Payroll & Tax Calculations:

Supervise payroll, ensure correct tax computations, and review monthly compliance across the group.
- System Coordination:

To consolidate Identified system related issues and take them up with the IT team for resolution. Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and audit readiness.
- Reporting:

Prepare MIS reports and other statements as required by the management from time to time.
- Support to Head of Accounts:

Assist in customer credit appraisals.
- Team Oversight:

Monitor the daily activities of the finance team, ensure timelines are met, and provide guidance for improving accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Management, Accounting, and Budgeting
  • Experience in Audit Management and Internal Control Processes
  • Knowledge of Compliance, Regulatory Requirements, and Tax Filings
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills
  • Proficiency in Financial Software and Tools
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration Abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Shipping/logistics.
  • Professional certifications like CPA, CA, or CFA are a plus
