Position: Associate Director – Information Management

Location: Santacruz, Mumbai

Experience: 8–10 years in IT/Data management

Education: B.Tech / M.Sc. (M.Tech preferred)

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (with dotted line to Fractional CTO)

About the Role:

We're looking for a technology leader to drive SNEHA's digital transformation roadmap — aligning technology solutions with programmatic goals and enabling data-driven decision-making. The role involves overseeing IT systems, data management, and technology partnerships to enhance operational efficiency and organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology planning and process improvements across programs.
  • Strengthen data systems, visualization tools, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, asset management, and vendor coordination.
  • Build staff capacity on tech tools and foster a culture of digital adoption.
