Role & responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong client relationships (HNI/UHNI/corporates).
  • Provide wealth management & investment solutions (Equity, MF, PMS, bonds, etc.).
  • Drive business development and acquire new clients.
  • Offer corporate financial planning (succession, retirement, employee benefits).
  • Collaborate with tax, legal, and investment experts for holistic solutions.
  • Stay updated on markets, regulations, and provide strategic advisory.
  • Ensure client retention through excellent service.
  • Maintain compliance and risk management standards

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance (MBA/CFP/CFA preferred).
  • 3-10 yrs in Wealth Management/Broking.
  • Strong product knowledge (Equity, MF, PMS, Bonds).
  • Good communication & client relationship skills.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition & revenue.
  • NISM certifications preferred.
