Digital Marketing

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer who can drive measurable results through paid media, SEO & data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute & optimize campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads

Strong understanding of campaign objectives (Sales/Leads/Traffic)

Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and competitor analysis

Develop high-performing ad copies & creatives (with Canva)

Manage budgets, track KPIs & drive ROAS-positive outcomes

Create weekly performance reports and actionable insights

Work with content & design teams for campaign alignment

Stay updated with new ad formats, algorithm updates & industry trends

Required Skills

Minimum 2+ years in Performance Marketing (Agency experience bonus)

Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

Strong SEO knowledge (on-page/off-page)

Good eye for creatives + ability to design using Canva

Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset

Excellent written & communication skills

Ability to manage multiple clients & deadlines

Assessment & Screening

Shortlisted candidates will undergo:

1 Google Ads Test

2 Meta Ads Test

(Both practical scenario-based assessments)
