We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales & Marketing Executive to join our media and digital marketing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to businesses and promoting our E-Paper advertising, Digital Marketing, Email, and WhatsApp marketing services.

This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting our marketing solutions, and building strong relationships to generate consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and businesses in Chennai to promote advertising in our E-Paper.
  • Market our Digital Marketing Services including Social Media Promotions, Google Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, and Email Marketing solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of leads, clients, and follow-up records using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and send marketing proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing team to ensure timely campaign delivery for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, pricing, and competitive advantages.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about advertising and marketing packages.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally in all communications (phone, email, and WhatsApp).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales (1–3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Tamil.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
  • Good computer skills — MS Office, Email handling, CRM, and WhatsApp Business tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Freshers with good communication and enthusiasm for sales are also encouraged to apply.
