Role & responsibilities

Production Operations:

  • Support the production team in granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling operations.
  • Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and GMP guidelines.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize production.

  • Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.

  • Develop and implement new processes or modify existing ones to improve product quality, yield, or productivity.

  • Training and Development:

  • Train production personnel on new processes, procedures, and equipment.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.

  • Ensure that all production personnel are aware of and comply with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity gains, or other benefits, and implement changes to achieve these goals.
