Role

As the Team Manager you will be part of Civil Infra Team and will report to the Section Head - Civil Infra

The purpose of your role will be to handle Civil Infra maintenance as well as imrovment projects for the HM5V Plant

A purpose driven role for you

Your Key responsibilities will include,but bot limited to:

1.Planned maintenace of buildings and other infrastructures throughout the plant.

2.Preparation of BOQ,RFQ, Estimation & costing & job orders.

3.Execution of all Civil maintenance as well as project work

4.Measurment checking and bill verification of vendors

5.Daily safety and quality audits and ensurance of the same.

6.Preparation of drawing in AutoCad.

7.Coordination with user department, vendors, finance & ER Compilaces

A Day in the life

To plan, coordinate and execute the activities in the Civil Section in order to maintain and upkeep the Plant building and civil infra ,imrovement projects & providing new infra to meet the production demand

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma / BTech in Civil Engineering

Min 03-05 year experience in Industrial building construction/maintenace

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1.MS Office, SAP & PPT

2. PPE Matrix, 5S,

3. Estimation, costing , BOQ, RFQ & Ordering

4. Knowledge of drawinmgs and specifications

5. AutoCad, billing

Behavioural Skills

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
3. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
4. Behavioral Based Safety Approach
5. Planning and decision making.
