Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team immediately at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of robust experience in designing, developing, and deploying modern web applications. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the entire stack, from the front-end user interface using Angular to the back-end services with .NET Core and managing the database with MongoDB. A strong command of Git for version control and experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development
: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the entire application stack—front-end (Angular), back-end (.NET Core), and database (MongoDB).

API Development:
Create and maintain robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs to serve front-end applications.

Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements and user stories into high-quality technical solutions.

Code Quality & Testing:
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Implement unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability.

Version Control & DevOps
: Manage source code and branching strategies using Git. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.

Database Management:
Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity and performance.

Mentorship:
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team-wide best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience
: 5-10 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

Front-End:
Proficient in Angular (version 8 or higher), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS. Solid understanding of state management patterns and libraries (e.g., NgRx).

Back-End:
Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#. Proven experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.

Database:
In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, aggregation framework, and performance tuning.

Version Control:
Expert-level proficiency with Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests.

CI/CD:
Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.

Preferred Candidate Background

Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background from established IT consulting firms or product-based companies. Experience in these environments, known for high standards in engineering, scalability, and product lifecycle management, is highly desirable.

Good to Have

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Knowledge of other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, ).

Understanding of authentication/authorization protocols like OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
