About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Kronos Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and functional expertise in Kronos Workforce Management solutions and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Kronos Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Dimensions (WFD), or Workforce Ready (WFR) applications.
  • Manage system upgrades, patch deployments, and integrations with HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping systems.
  • Develop and optimize Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
  • Configure modules like Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, and other workforce functionalities.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and support user adoption.
  • Ensure system accuracy, compliance, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working with Kronos (WFC/WFD/WIM).
  • Strong understanding of Kronos time and attendance, scheduling, and accruals modules.
  • Experience in Kronos integrations, data mapping, and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database queries will be an added advantage.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in cloud-based Kronos (UKG Dimensions) environments.
  • Exposure to HCM/Payroll integration projects.
  • Kronos/UKG Certification(s).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
