Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head Safety located in Sambalpur. The Cluster Head Safety will manage health and safety protocols, ensure compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards, and oversee occupational health initiatives. The role involves conducting safety audits, implementing safety training programs, and developing risk management strategies to promote a safe work environment. The Cluster Head Safety is also responsible for reporting and documenting safety incidents and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) skills
- Occupational Health and NEBOSH certification
- Experience in conducting auditing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing safety training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
- Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus
