Qualification: MBA(Marketing) preferred

Technical Competencies: Must have experience in FMCG, Pharma, Jewelry or similar

background e.g. Light Engineering

Behavioral Competencies: Good Communication Skills, Selling Skills, Influencing Skills

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing

initiatives for the West & South Region. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of

experience in marketing, preferably within the jewelry industry. This role requires a

strategic thinker with a strong understanding of regional market trends, consumer

behavior, and innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive

business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand

visibility and market penetration in the West & South regions.


• Plan and implement regional campaigns, events, and promotional activities

to drive customer engagement and sales.


• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business

objectives.


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities

and emerging trends.


• Manage digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and

content marketing to enhance brand awareness.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, agencies, vendors, and key

stakeholders.


• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and ensure ROI-

driven strategies.


• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for marketing initiatives in the

assigned region.


• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Key Requirements:


• 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates

from the jewelry industry.


• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies for

premium or luxury brands.


• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and regional market dynamics.


• Experience in digital marketing, branding, and event management.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.


• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.


• Willingness to travel across West & South regions as needed.
