What You'll Do

  • Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle for hourly hiring in Pharmacy by partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand organizational goals and strategies for recruiting and retention.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for patient services operations and pharmacy business roles (entry and mid-career levels) using both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.

  • Measure and improve sourcing and hiring efficiency through a metrics-driven approach.

  • Proactively identify, source, and engage qualified talent based on job requirements, with minimal guidance.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for passive, inbound, and referred candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

  • Contribute to building scalable processes and recruitment infrastructure to support long-term growth.

  • Ensure operational effectiveness and deliver high-quality talent acquisition outcomes within designated functions, fostering a culture of shared success.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • 5 years of experience in high-volume hiring within healthcare or a hyper-scaling startup environment.

  • Proven track record in sourcing and closing active and passive candidates at scale.

  • Hands-on experience sourcing through Indeed and successfully converting candidates.

  • Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.

  • Strong ability to collaborate and build meaningful partnerships with multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.

  • Committed to ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

  • Collaborative and communicative — curious, direct, thoughtful, and clear, with a passion for working in a diverse team and building consensus.

  • Flexibility to work US hours.
