Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Domestic Process)

Location: Kolkata, Saltlake sector v

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound/outbound calls and handle escalation cases.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls and chats

- Providing product/service information to customers

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals

Requirements:

- Minimum Graduate qualification

- Fresher and experienced both can apply

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills of these languages:

Odia/Hindi/ Bengali/English

Shifts:

There will be no night shifts

6 working days with 1 rotational week off

Transporation:

Self (There is no odd hour shift ending or beginning so the employees can avail public transport)

Salary :

18kctc 14k inhand
