
Technical Program Manager

You will be responsible for coordinating projects across technology consulting, infrastructure support, integrations and development, and cybersecurity & compliance. From driving large-scale development and integration programs to overseeing compliance certifications and security initiatives, you will ensure alignment with business priorities, timelines, and quality standards.
About the role- Lead and manage technical programs across the Technology Solutions organization, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Oversee development, integrations, and implementation projects, partnering with technical leads and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Program Manage compliance and certification initiatives (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, data privacy, and other regulatory audits).
- Work closely with infrastructure, consulting, development, and cybersecurity teams to ensure coordination across multiple functions.
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and risk management practices.
- Serve as the central point of accountability for program outcomes, escalating issues and driving resolutions where necessary.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and external vendors to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Champion continuous improvement in program and project delivery practices.
- 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in program/project management within technology-driven environments.
- Strong background in managing complex technical programs in areas such as development, systems integration, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strong knowledge of program governance frameworks, risk management, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification will be a bonus
- Experience overseeing compliance and certification projects (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, IRAP, etc.) will be a bonus
- Based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, India (or willing to relocate).
