We are seeking a results-driven
Program Manager
with deep expertise in managing embedded software and hardware programs across the full product lifecycle—from concept through launch. This is an ideal opportunity for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in high-complexity environments and can drive execution across diverse, cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional programs involving hardware, embedded systems, firmware, and manufacturing workflows.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, from requirements definition and planning to execution and launch.
• Act as the central point of coordination between hardware, software, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with regulatory certification agencies to define certification pathways and ensure compliance with launch timelines.
• Monitor program health, track KPIs, and report status to leadership with clarity and confidence.

• Successfully managed embedded systems and hardware programs in a product development setting.
• Gained strong understanding of firmware development, hardware design, and manufacturing processes.
• Built and executed detailed program plans, managing schedules, dependencies, and risks.
• Effectively communicated with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Collaborated with global teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality programs.
• Navigated complex problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Who You Are

• A proven program manager with exceptional planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technically fluent, ideally with a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• A proactive leader who thrives in high-complexity, fast-moving environments.
• A solutions-oriented problem solver who brings clarity and alignment to cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working across geographies and time zones, with strong collaboration skills.
