We are looking for a dynamic and motivated English trainer who is passionate about education and willing to travel extensively across the country. The role involves visiting partner schools to conduct training sessions, workshops, seminars, and perform academic quality checks to ensure effective implementation of our English programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to various schools across India to conduct:
  • Student workshops on English language and communication skills
  • Teacher training sessions on pedagogy, curriculum, and delivery methods
  • Seminars and orientation programs for students, parents, and teachers
  • Perform on-site quality audits of English teaching in partner schools and share feedback.
  • Monitor and evaluate implementation of the English curriculum.
  • Collect field data, feedback, and insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist in developing content and training modules based on field observations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining positive relationships with school leadership and staff.
  • Submit timely reports on visits, session outcomes, and academic quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align training goals with product and curriculum development.
