Position: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Villianur, Pondicherry

Experience Required: 5–10 years in e-commerce / digital marketing / online sales

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online business. The role involves managing product listings, online sales channels, digital marketing campaigns, customer experience, and overall e-commerce operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and company's own website.
  • Oversee product catalog management, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid ads).
  • Track KPIs like website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and timely delivery.
  • Analyze competitor trends, market insights, and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and IT teams to enhance user experience.
  • Handle customer service escalations and improve customer satisfaction levels.
  • Regularly prepare sales reports and present insights to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
  • Experience in online marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and maximize ROI.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • Familiarity with logistics, payment gateways, and customer support systems.
