Coordinating with vendors, housekeeping & maintenance staff

Maintaining employee records, files, bills & documents

Preparing reports, letters, memos, and spreadsheets

Ensuring proper filing system (physical & digital)

  • Front-Desk & Communication

Handling incoming phone calls, emails & correspondence

Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees

Scheduling meetings & maintaining calendars

  • Facility & Asset Management

Overseeing office equipment, furniture & IT assets

Raising service tickets for any repair & maintenance needs

Monitoring security and safety arrangements in office

  • Travel & Event Coordination

Booking travel, hotel & transportation for employees

Organizing internal events, meetings, and conferences

  • Finance & Billing Support

Assisting with petty cash management & expense records

Coordinating invoice processing, vendor bills & payments
