About the Role:

We are seeking a consultant with hands-on experience across multiple HR systems to support the integration of
Dayforce modules into WURK (Kronos platform)
. The focus will be on
workforce management and scheduling
integration, providing both
advisory guidance
and
practical workload support
during implementation. This is a
remote role
, requiring work in the
EST time zone
, with a reliable laptop and fast internet connection. The engagement will likely be
3 months
, with the potential to extend as we continue to evaluate systems and improve our current teammate offerings.

What You'll Do:

  • Advise on best practices for HRIS implementations based on prior experience.
  • Support integration tasks between Dayforce and WURK.
  • Assist with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth adoption.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Kronos, Dayforce, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of workforce management and scheduling modules.
  • Ability to balance strategic guidance with hands-on execution.
  • Prior consulting or implementation project experience.
