Job Overview
: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic/Visual Designer to join the Brand & Communication team at Pocket FM. As part of our global design team, you will play a key role in shaping the brand's creative identity across diverse channels. This role involves conceptualizing and producing compelling visual assets- both static and animated for global campaigns. You will work on a wide range of deliverables including digital graphics, outdoor campaigns, print collateral, social media creatives, and motion/animated assets. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong sense of design aesthetics, storytelling, and a proven ability to adapt brand guidelines into striking, campaign-worthy visuals

Key Responsibilities:


• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in brand teams of leading D2C brands or creative/advertising agencies.


• A degree or diploma in design (Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field) is preferred.


• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects; or equivalent).


• Comfort and proficiency in using AI-powered creative tools to enhance workflows, ideation, and asset creation.


• Ability to craft compelling visuals across formats: digital campaigns, social media, print, and outdoor.


• Strong understanding of global design trends and ability to translate them into culturally relevant and engaging work.

Qualifications:


• Hands-on experience with motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign design, branding, and digital-first creativity.


• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
