Cook Cum Cleaner

Key Responsibilities:

Cooking Duties:

• Prepare Ayurvedic meals, herbal teas, and decoctions as per the doctor's instructions.
• Follow Ayurvedic cooking principles — using fresh, wholesome ingredients and minimal oil/spices.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness while cooking and serving.
• Assist in portioning, serving, and storing food safely.
• Manage kitchen utensils, cookware, and ensure proper washing and arrangement.
• Monitor and report shortages of groceries and ingredients.

Cleaning & Maintenance Duties:

• Clean therapy rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily as per hygiene standards.
• Wash and sanitize utensils, therapy vessels, and equipment after each use.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining area, and waste disposal zones.
• Support the team in laundry and linen maintenance related to therapy rooms.
• Refill water, towels, and required supplies in treatment and waiting areas.
• Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues immediately to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Basic education (SSLC or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in cooking and cleaning duties in a hospital, Ayurveda centre, or wellness facility preferred.
• Knowledge of basic Ayurvedic or vegetarian cooking desirable.
• Ability to communicate in Malayalam (basic English understanding preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
