Role & Responsibilities

  • Apply for relevant job openings on behalf of assigned candidates using job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.).
  • Share candidate profiles directly with recruiters via LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Build recruiter connections and maintain strong follow-up to increase interview calls.
  • Provide weekly updates and stay in regular contact with candidates throughout their job hunt.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between recruiters and candidates.
  • Share interview preparation guidance, resources, and support with candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Any Graduate (Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR/Marketing, but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 02 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and email communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good at relationship building, follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
