Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Junior Sales Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience in front-line Real Estate sales (both Direct and Channel). The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for customer service and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution:
  • Achieve sales targets for assigned real estate projects.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Handle direct and channel partner sales activities.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Conduct follow-up calls, schedule and manage site visits.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to closure.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate referrals through existing client relationships.
  • Support the CRM team in post-agreement collections.
  • Communication & Presentation:
  • Deliver corporate presentations to potential buyers.
  • Respond to enquiries through emails/letters with project details.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Create internal weekly presentations on sales progress.
  • Ensure timely updates in the Sales ERP tool.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Suggest and implement improvements in department procedures for enhanced efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 35 years in front-line Real Estate Sales (Direct & Channel)
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
