Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for driving business growth through effective data mining, market research, lead generation, and targeted client outreach. The role involves identifying potential customers, analyzing markets, and supporting strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue.

  • Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Mining & Research -Collect, filter, and analyze data from online databases, industry directories, social media, and other sources.

  • Research potential clients, market trends, competitor analysis, and product demand.
  • Maintain and update a structured database of qualified leads.
  • Generate actionable insights from research to support sales strategies.

2. Lead Generation & Client IdentificationIdentify appropriate target clients based on product categories and business needs.

  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Google, industry listings, B2B portals, and CRM software for prospecting.
  • Evaluate client profiles and shortlist high-quality leads.

3. Sales Support & Outreach

  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects.

4. Marketing Activities

Support digital marketing campaigns including social media posting, email marketing, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute brand-building initiatives.
  • Track and report marketing performance metrics.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and progress in CRM.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on data research, lead generation, and outreach performance.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
  • Experience with CRM software (preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
