are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Manager- FP&A who will drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, providing strategic insights to enhance decision-making and business performance. This role involves budgeting, variance analysis, and partnering with cross functional teams to guide financial outcome.

What Will You Do

  • Financial Planning: Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasts; build long-term financial models.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Deliver financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders, supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring performance and development.
  • Strategic Projects: Support M&A activities and process improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure financial compliance and risk management.

What Will You Need

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience, with 2+ years in leadership.
  • Big 4 experience preferred.
  • Expertise in financial modeling forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
