The Opportunity :

This opportunity is with our US-based client, a leading technology-driven organization known for its innovative digital solutions. The position will be on the payroll of FINCEPTA , and the selected candidate will work directly with the client team to understand their technical requirements, design efficient solutions, and deliver high-quality result.

Job Type : Full Time

Location : Gurgaon / Delhi NCR (WFH)

Shift : California Time Zone Shift

Role & Responsibility :

- Collaborate with client-side technical teams to gather, analyze, and understand business requirements.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Manage the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Integrate front-end and back-end systems efficiently and ensure seamless API communication.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and integration issues.

- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Must Have :

to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development (Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate).

- Experience in front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

- Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with international clients.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).

- Experience working in a global client-facing environment specifically for US
