Halwai Chef

We are looking for a skilled Halwai Chef to join our team at YAAN Wellness Retreat. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist the Head Chef in planning menus and ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other chefs to achieve efficient food preparation and service.
• Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and waste management procedures are followed.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
