Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products, while maintaining high levels of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse activities including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving
• Oversee the storage and organization of goods to optimize space and accessibility
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics (KPIs)
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Ensure equipment maintenance and compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operations
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures
• Respond to and resolve issues related to damaged goods, delays, or discrepancies
• Conduct regular audits and ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and legal regulations in warehousing
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
