The Postcard Hotel, Goa, is looking for a polished and guest-focused F&B Supervisor to lead our dining operations. The ideal candidate will have strong operational expertise, a passion for personalised service, and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect the relaxed yet refined essence of Goa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar, poolside service, and in-room dining.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between service and culinary teams to maintain timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Uphold The Postcard's signature luxury service standards across all guest touchpoints.
  • Monitor service mise-en-place, table setups, station readiness, and staff grooming.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Confidently interact with guests, manage special requests, and resolve concerns with warmth and professionalism.
  • Conduct daily briefings, on-the-job training sessions, and performance checks for team members.
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Assist in inventory control, breakage management, and daily requisitions.
  • Support the F&B Manager with events, private dinners, guest experiences, and special menus.
  • Ensure accurate billing, smooth POS operations, and adherence to hotel financial procedures.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably within luxury hotels or boutique resorts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished, guest-centric attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of service styles, wines, beverages, and fine dining etiquette.
  • Leadership ability and confidence to manage service during peak hours.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-end hospitality.
  • Experience in Goa or familiarity with Goan guest preferences and service trends is an added advantage.
