Role & responsibilities

  • Min 8-12 Yrs of experience Machine Learning (AI / ML) Lead
  • Hybrid work Model
  • Hyderabad and Chennai work locations

Key Skills :-

  • 3+ years of real working experience with Machine Learning and AI models.
  • Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM).
  • Experience with online learning models, recommendation systems, or multi-touch attribution.
  • Hands-on experience working with LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and embedding-based retrieval.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, causal inference, and experimentation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML infrastructure tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink).
  • Solid understanding of ad serving systems, RTB (Real-Time Bidding), and DSP/SSP ecosystems.
