Responsibilities

· Documentum Development & Support (Primary Role)

·

Design, develop, and maintain Documentum applications using DFC, DFS, REST, WDK, and D2.

·

Develop custom workflows, lifecycles, and metadata models.

·

Configure and manage Documentum objects including types, ACLs, and cabinets/folders.

·

Troubleshoot and resolve application and repository issues.

·

Perform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for Documentum environments.

· Hyland Nuxeo Development & Support (Secondary Role)

·

Assist in configuring and developing custom solutions in Nuxeo.

·

Work on automation scripts, custom schemas, and workflows.

·

Support integration between Nuxeo and other enterprise systems.

· General ECM Responsibilities

·

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

·

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and support guides.

·

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

·

Provide production support and incident resolution within agreed SLAs.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

· 5 Years

Minimum Education:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Knowledge & Skills:

· 5 – 10 years of hands-on experience in ECM development, with strong expertise in Documentum.

· Proficiency in Documentum DFC, DFS, REST API, WDK, D2, Composer, xCP.

· Experience in repository design, ACLs, workflows, and lifecycle configurations.

· Good knowledge of Java/J2EE for ECM customizations and integrations.

· Experience with SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) for backend data management.

· Familiarity with Hyland Nuxeo architecture, configurations, and automation scripting.

· Knowledge of Docker and containerized ECM deployments is a plus.

· Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

· Experience with ECM migration projects (Documentum to Nuxeo or vice versa).

· Exposure to REST/SOAP web service integrations in ECM systems.

· Knowledge of content indexing and search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, etc.).

·

Familiarity with cloud-based ECM deployments (AWS, Azure).
