Reporting To: Center Manager / Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our coaching institute. The receptionist will handle front desk activities, provide administrative support, and assist students and parents with queries related to NEET and JEE coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors warmly.

Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.

Provide accurate information regarding course offerings, fees, batches, and timings.

Maintain and update student records in the system.

Assist in student admission process including form filling, document collection, and fee payment coordination.

Schedule and confirm appointments or counseling sessions with academic counselors.

Manage front desk cleanliness and display of promotional materials.

Coordinate with academic and administrative staff for smooth day-to-day operations.

Handle basic office tasks like printing, filing, and stock of stationery or brochures.

Follow up on inquiries and leads from prospective students.

Support event coordination (mock tests, seminars, parent-teacher meetings,Weeekly test).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 10+2; Graduation preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role. Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (English and local language).

Proficient in MS Office, basic computer and internet use.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours:

Typically between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekends. Weekly off as per institute schedule.
