As an Analyst- Investment Solutions:

  • You'll join a small and niche finance team where we obsess over the problems we are trying to solve for our users
  • We have a strong culture of ownership and your role will involve working with multiple stakeholders in shaping our organisation and identity
  • You'll do meaningful work to design processes for underwriting companies through various financial, operational and legal checks and eventually automate these processes in collaboration with our Engineering/Product team
  • Will also be responsible for Recur Club's fund-raising activities, investor relations and internal MIS

Who are we looking for

  • 0 to 2 years experience in either of the following domains: Investment Banking/Venture Capital/Private Equity/Structured Credit professionals, Financial Due Diligence Credit underwriting at a digital lending / NBFC / Bank
  • B.Com or similar undergraduate degree from tier 1
  • Strong understanding of key financial metrics
  • Strong financial modelling skills with expertise in excel
  • Ability to work with unstructured problems and build processes for the long run
  • Ownership mentality: comfortable owning entire workflows, and ability to work with stakeholders across the company (like Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success)
  • Interested in helping founders around the world unlock growth in a better way
