Soft Skills Trainer Wanted (Multiple Locations)

We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainers to join our team across various locations If you're passionate about helping individuals develop essential interpersonal and professional skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver engaging training sessions on a variety of soft skills topics, including but not limited to:

* Communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)

* Interpersonal skills

* Teamwork and collaboration

* Time management and organization

* Leadership and management skills

* Conflict resolution

* Presentation skills

* Customer service excellence

* Emotional intelligence

* Professionalism and etiquette

* Customize training content and delivery methods to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences (e.g., freshers, experienced professionals, specific industries).

* Facilitate interactive workshops, group activities, role-playing, and discussions.

* Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants.

* Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills development.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role.

* Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

* Strong understanding of adult learning principles.

* Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.

* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

* Flexibility to travel to various training locations as required.

* Relevant certifications in training, HR, or a related field are a plus.
