The Housekeeping Apprentice supports the facilities team in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within the premises. This role provides hands-on training and development in housekeeping operations, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, meeting rooms , and cafeteria.
Learn proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Support in waste disposal and recycling procedures.
Maintain supplies inventory and notify supervisors when stock is low.
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Report maintenance issues or hazards to the facilities supervisor.
Assist with special cleaning projects or event setups as needed.
Adhere to company policies and health & safety standards.
Participate in training sessions to develop cleaning skills and knowledge of safety procedures
