About the Role : We are looking for a Management Trainee - Marketing who is passionate about creativity, digital content, and social media. The role is perfect for someone eager to learn, with strong creative thinking and an interest in video editing and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit engaging video content for digital platforms.
• Design marketing creatives, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Assist in managing and growing company social media channels (content creation, scheduling, and monitoring).
• Support the marketing team in brainstorming and executing creative campaigns.
• Track performance of social media posts and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, video editing, and social media.

Requirements

• Strong creative thinking and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, graphic design, and social media tools.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good to have: familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Prior experience (internships/projects) in video editing or social media management is a plus.
