Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    end-to-end accounting and finalization
    in Tally, Zoho Books, and other software.
  • Prepare and file
    GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns
    , along with reconciliations and workings.
  • Maintain
    books of accounts
    , ledgers, and financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support
    Statutory and Internal Audit
    processes, including preparation of audit schedules and reports.
  • Assist in
    ROC filings
    , client compliance follow-ups, and related documentation.
  • Prepare
    MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
    for management review.
  • Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure smooth compliance and query resolution.
  • Supervise junior accountants and support staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA / CMA with strong accounting background.
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    2–5 years
    of experience in a
    CA firm
    handling multiple clients.
  • Proficiency in
    Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel
    ; knowledge of CompuTax or Winman preferred.
  • Solid understanding of
    GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic ROC compliances
    .
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
