Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation & Targets: Own and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets for AV, animation, voice-over, and post-production services.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively source leads via cold calls, emails, social platforms; convert inbound inquiries into qualified prospects.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and attend client meetings across Mumbai—understand needs, pitch services, and customize proposals.
  • Cold Calling: Execute high‑volume cold calling campaigns targeting decision-makers at agencies, brands, and creative firms.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement local market strategies—segment mapping, targeting, pricing.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM with accurate lead status, follow-ups, forecasts, and deal progress.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment cycles; drive deals to closure.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with production, creative, and delivery teams for seamless execution.
  • Market & Competition: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client needs in Mumbai.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven 2–5 years' experience in B2B sales—media, creative services, AV, production, or studio sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent cold calling and lead generation skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent client travel across Mumbai.
  • High-impact communication & presentation skills.
  • Negotiation and deal‑closing chops.
  • Self-starter with resilience and a strong hunger for success.
