Job Title : Data Engineer (6+ Years Experience)

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with 6+ years of expertise in designing, building, and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and architectures.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern data engineering tools and cloud platforms, with the ability to collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.

- Build and optimize data storage solutions (data lakes, warehouses).

- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across systems.

- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize performance of large-scale data systems and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Python/Scala/Java.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.

- Proficiency with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, etc.)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to real-time data streaming and API integrations.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD for data workflows.
