Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement program strategies in alignment with the organization's mission
requirements. - Lead and manage program staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and funders.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies. -
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including board members and funders.
Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and community events.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or related roles within NGOs
Demonstrated experience in project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Experience in fundraising and grant writing is a plus.
- Skills: - Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Personal Attributes: - Passionate about social change and community development.
Language Proficiency: - Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages relevant to the community served is a plus.
- Other: - Willingness to travel as needed for program-related activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
