Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies
  • Plan, post & manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement
  • Track KPIs like reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
  • Collaborate with the content/design team to maintain brand consistency
  • Run and manage Facebook & Google ad campaigns
  • Analyze ad performance and optimize for better results
  • Stay updated with the latest social media and ad trends

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Hands-on experience in setting up, managing & scaling ad campaigns
  • Proven track record of successful ad campaign results
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
