We are hiring for the role of Purchase field officer:

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and technical specifications shared by the project/site team.
  • Coordinate with clients and site engineers for clarification of BOQ/materials.
  • Conduct site visits when required to gather accurate inputs.
  • Source vendors, collect quotations, and prepare comparative statements within timelines.
  • Negotiate with vendors and arrange timely delivery of approved materials to sites.
  • Ensure quality and quantity checks during procurement.
  • Maintain records of POs, invoices, delivery challans, and vendor communications.
  • Handle procurement of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials.
  • Work with MS Excel/Word for documentation and reporting.
  • Be open to local travel for vendor coordination and material collection.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Any Degree / Diploma (Engineering or Non-Engineering).
  • Experience: 2 - 4 years in procurement (civil, interior, or MEP works preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction and interior materials.
  • Skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchase coordination.
  • Ability to interpret BOQs, material specifications, and drawings.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
