Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and plywood-based interior projects. The candidate will coordinate with clients, contractors, and the internal team to ensure smooth project completion within time, quality, and cost parameters.

  • Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities for kitchen, wardrobe, and interior projects.
  • Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
  • Check quality of plywood, laminates, hardware, and modular units delivered at the site.
  • Ensure proper measurement and site readiness before material installation.
  • Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues related to design, fitment, or material.
  • Act as a point of contact between the client, design team, and execution team.
  • Maintain daily work reports, material consumption, and site photographs.
  • Ensure safety, quality standards, and timely handover of projects.
  • Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of plywood, laminates, modular kitchen fittings, and hardware.
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings & technical site layouts.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Leadership qualities to handle contractors and labor teams on site.
  • Problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
  • Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / Degree in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in modular kitchen, furniture, or plywood/interior project execution.
  • Hands-on experience in site supervision & client handling.
