Job Responsibilities

As a central member of the project team, the Project Specialist engages in the delivery of transformational initiatives in support of corporate strategy. The role collaborates with workstream leaders to ensure the efficient compliance of agreed practices and to supply tactical support using project management principles.

Core Responsibilities

• Liaise between Tech leadership and stakeholders as needed to support initiatives.
• Recommend processes to increase team efficiencies and streamline processes and tools.
• Design, organize and administer document/information for the project to enable easy and just in time access (SharePoint, MS-Teams, project management tools, etc.)
• Collaborate and proactively monitor project workstreams, delve into deliverables, risks, and timelines.
• Draft and produce project communications, including reports and presentations.
• Organize and support key project meetings, create and circulate agendas.
• Document, assign and distribute meeting minutes, follow up on actions.
• Manage daily execution and administration of discrete elements of the program, create plans to achieve competing objectives.
• Monitor team rosters, and compliance for time entry and expenses.
• Remain current on technical and professional information.

Qualifications

• Assoc degree or related coursework and 1 year of experience working in a project environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. CRO/ Pharma industry experience a plus.
• Superb organizational skills
• Excellent communicator
• Wrike Project management tool
• Independent self-starter, with proven ability to anticipate needs
