Role Overview:

We are looking for an innovative
AI/ML Specialist
with expertise in
Generative AI
and
Large Language Models (LLMs)
to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building RAG systems, fine-tuning LLMs, and working with Agentic AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    for real-world applications.
  • Design and implement
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    pipelines using vector databases and document retrieval systems.
  • Work with
    Agentic AI frameworks
    such as
    LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT
    , or similar tools to build autonomous AI agents.
  • Apply best practices in
    model training
    , including checkpointing, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with
    product and engineering teams
    to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
  • Maintain high standards of
    code quality
    ,
    reproducibility
    , and
    performance optimization
    .

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years
    of hands-on experience in
    AI/ML development
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    LLM architectures
    and
    fine-tuning techniques
    (LoRA, PEFT, QLoRA, etc.).
  • Proven experience in building
    RAG pipelines
    and working with
    vector databases
    (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and deep learning frameworks such as
    PyTorch
    or
    TensorFlow
    .
  • Experience with
    Agentic AI
    workflows (LangChain, AutoGPT, LangGraph).
  • Knowledge of
    MLOps
    practices and familiarity with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to
    prompt engineering
    ,

  • Experience integrating LLMs with APIs, front-end systems, or microservices.
  • Familiarity with
