- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve orders efficiently and ensure proper table service
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Clear and reset tables between guests
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism or refer to management
- Process payments (cash, credit, etc.) and issue receipts
- Follow health and safety regulations, including hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts (weekends, holidays, evenings)
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light trays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
