About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team as
Brokerage Agent
. This role involves managing customer interactions, track shipments, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are willing to work in rotational shifts, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Track shipment with third-party carriers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work in
    rotational shifts
    , including
    night shifts

Eligibility Criteria

  • Residing in Mohali or anywhere in Punjab
  • Available to work in rotational and night shifts
