About Company: A Leading real estate Developers, specialized is Premium & Luxury Villas, Manor & Plots.
Eligibility:
Qualification: Graduate
Communication: Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Number of openings: 3-4

Job Description:
- To ensure generation of leads through call references, Digital campaign & overall marketing of the organisation.
- To proactively contact potential customers to promote the project.
- To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquiries to maximize sales conversions.
- Attend telephonic inquiries pertaining to the projects
- Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads provided in ERP systems
- Share details about the projects for online enquiry and convert them to Site Visit
- Following up with the clients until the leads get closed
- Generating site visits.
Note: The clients whom you would need to convince here would be really high-profile clients like actors, directors, VPs of big corporates. It is NOT typical sales calling.
